At Ruvi Store, we want you to love every piece you order. Each item goes through a 3-step quality check before it’s shipped — but if something feels off, we’re here to help!
•  Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
•  We don’t offer returns, only exchange in valid cases
•  Please contact us within 1–3 days of delivery for any issue
•  If you receive a wrong or defective product, we’ll replace it
•  Package opening video is mandatory for any damage/defective exchange request
•  You get a one-time size exchange per order
•  A ₹150 shipping charge applies for all exchanges
•  We will arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience
Once we receive your product, your exchange will be processed within 12–15 days
